"Was craving some Filipino Food and was glad to find this spot in the IE. Grill City is inside of the Seafood City market. I ordered online for pickup through DoorDash."

"Lol updated 2026 review and I absolutely agree w everything I said! Growing up eating Filipino food, I get cravings every so often. I usually make what I want at home but to be able to have 2-3 of your favorite Filipino dishes, well then, you’d have to be at a party. But if one is craving some from the islands than you need to find the nearest Seafood City and get yourself to a Grill city. Is it the best? Nah. Is it pricey? Yahh. Is it good? Sometimes. Does it fill your cravings? ABSOLUETLY! Every Filipino Lola’s/Lolo’s (grandmother/Grandfather) makes each dish different. It will not be one of those omg reminds me of home moments (unless you live in the Midwest with a bunch of non-Asian descendants and only eat hamburgers and pizza for years) but rather, it satisfies the cravings. Have you heard of well, if you see the same ethnicities eating that food then you know its authentic, I believe that! Its authentic so if you in the area and want to try Filipino Food then come here, I would suggest a 2 Item combo, comes with rice; something grilled, something stewed add noodles or a dessert like Halo Halo Suggestions; Work on the customer service (Super Lacking), Rice is cheap so give more, Possibly par cook the BBQ and cook to order so it will be hot, ensure the chafing dishes are at the right temperature (HOT) check them hourly."

"Halo halo is at Grill City. Not Jollibee or Red Ribbon. Pretty good. Don't forget to mix it all up before enjoying it."

"It's such a busy place. I watched the place open from Jollibee, then came back in the evening for dinner. The amount of food served was probably meant for 2 hangry people, which is totally a good thing. I paid total of $16 for a Value Meal #8 (Half Bangus, Rice, Palabok) plus a stick of chicken skewers. Forgot to grab some drinks. Gave 4 stars because I was served by such an unfriendly cashier. Not sure if drinks were refillable, but the young cashier got snotty when this one dude asked for more refill. It's like she was totally hating on her job. Overall, we can't find anything like this in Arizona, we drove 5hrs to eat our hearts out. I must tell you, it is worth it for all the food we ate. I will come back tomorrow before heading back home"
